About Uzmah Rasool
Uzmah joined Hodge Jones and Allen as an Associate in November 2023 and has spent the last 5 years handling solely Court of Protection and Trust matters. She has made a wide range of applications to the Court covering Statutory Wills, Trustee and gift applications as well as submitting EHCP appeals.
Uzmah is committed to ensuring that her clients have access to all resources made available to them and that they are able to receive as much funding as possible. It is very important that her clients are able to achieve as much as they can and reach their full potential given the funds they have.
