About Lyndsey Gordon-Webb

Lyndsey has worked in the field of disease litigation for over 15 years. She has represented hundreds of clients and recovered millions of pounds in compensation.

Having completed her education and training Lyndsey embarked upon her legal career representing claimants in complex multi-party actions in the UK and foreign territories working for Wales’ largest independent law firm. In 2020, eight days prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, she took on a new role of Head of Disease litigation at award winning firm, Watkins and Gunn, and established a successful department.

Lyndsey has joined Hodge, Jones and Allen in order to expand the offering of the Disease Litigation team and continue to provide excellent legal services to those in need.

Lyndsey has experience in representing Claimants suffering from:

  • Asbestos-related disease
  • Cancer
  • Respiratory disease (caused by fumes and dust)
  • Poisoning
  • PTSD and occupational stress

In addition Lyndsey also represents numerous military personnel in claims for personal injury, noise induced hearing loss, PTSD and Non Freezing Cold Injuries.

Lyndsey has provided expert evidence for an American court case and is often called upon to provide opinion for leading press publications.
During her career Lyndsey has acted on behalf of a number of Trade Unions and been able to contribute to campaigns to improve working conditions for many workers.
