About Alastair Banks

Since joining HJA, Alastair has progressed steadily to his current role as Senior Paralegal within the Clinical Negligence department. Throughout his time at HJA, Alastair has gained experience in a variety of clinical negligence cases including psychiatric claims and Inquests. In his current role, Alastair supports several fee earners within the department across a broad range of clinical negligence cases.

Alastair is conscious that many clients will have gone through difficult and often traumatic experiences and is therefore committed to achieving the best outcome possible for clients.

Alastair is currently working towards the CILEX qualification with a view to qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Personal Interests

Outside work, Alastair is a keen sportsman – including sailing and running. When time allows, Alastair also enjoys photography.
