About Mubashar Khurshid
Mubashar joined Hodge Jones and Allen as a Solicitor in September 2024. He litigates across a broad range of areas of Housing Law ranging from disrepair claims, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Possession Claims, review / appeals relating to local authority housing decisions. He has vast advocacy experience following his appointments as a duty solicitor at Uxbridge and High Wycombe County Court where he represented and acted on behalf of Tenants in defending possession proceedings.
Whilst Mubashar remains committed to social justice and representing tenants, Mubashar is also keen to develop and expand his practice in representing landlords.
