About Helin Usal
Helin is a Paralegal in the Housing Law team, with experience across a range of housing matters, including disrepair claims, succession, and defending possession proceedings.
Helin has considerable experience as a County Court Advocate, regularly attending County Courts across South East England for landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, and small track claims. Together with appearing as the Housing Duty Advisor defending possession claims, supports her work in Housing Litigation.
Helin is keen to build upon her practice in defending possession claims.
