About Neil Allan
Neil is a highly experienced solicitor, qualifying in 2003 at a highly respected Essex criminal law firm.
Over his career he has handled all manner of offences, from the most seemingly straightforward matters to complex and serious ones.
He is an experienced magistrates’ court advocate, regularly representing clients from first appearance through to trial.
Neil qualified as a duty solicitor (Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme) in 2005.
Neil is also an extradition specialist, with a track record of successfully resisting extradition requests in both first instance and High Court appellate proceedings.
