About Ailsa McNeil

Ailsa is a Trainee Solicitor currently assisting Farzana Chowdhury in the Housing team. She was previously working under the supervision of Nancy Collins in the Civil Liberties department and, before that, Raj Chada and Mike Schwarz in the Criminal Defence department. Her first seat was in the Medical Negligence team where she was supervised by Dawn Treloar. She joined Hodge Jones & Allen as a Paralegal in December 2019 and started her training contract in September 2022.

Prior to joining the firm she volunteered for the AIRE Centre, a legal charity providing free legal advice on human rights and EU law issues.
