As we adjust to the new restrictions on movement following the national lockdown, it is worth remembering that many vulnerable people remain in long term confinement and are reliant on the state for their care and well-being needs. Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors recently represented the family of a very vulnerable young man, Mr B, who died by suicide whilst in prison.
