About Zoe Hosking

Zoe joined Hodge Jones & Allen in June 2022 having spent over three years practicing at a large Essex firm following completing her training contract in a well-known North London firm where she qualified in March 2018 and obtained her Magistrates’ Court duty status in December 2018.

Since qualifying, Zoe has developed her passion for representing members of the Armed Forces both in interviews under caution with both civilian and Military police and litigating Court Martial proceedings. Zoe regularly attends military interviews both within the UK and abroad to represent service men and women in interviews.

Zoe has experience in representing clients for various offences across the spectrum; ranging from public order offences to serious assaults, murder and firearm offences from the outset at their police interviews under caution through to their Crown Court cases. Zoe strives for the best when litigating cases for her clients, regularly successfully persuading prosecuting authorities to divert matters or discontinue cases.

Zoe is also an experienced Magistrates’ Court advocate regularly appearing at various Courts across London and the South East dealing with all matters before the Courts including trials.

Personal Interests

Zoe enjoys spending time on her SUP and open water swimming having recently completed her first open water swim in Lake Windermere. When not in or on the water, Zoe enjoys going to the gym and reading.
