I work as a paralegal in the family department dealing with cases involving domestic violence. I also assist solicitors with other family law cases, predominantly legally aided.
I first started at Hodge Jones & Allen in 2015 working with the family team, spending a year with the firm as part of my university degree. During that time I worked as a clerk on numerous hearings for fee earners including child arrangements, care proceedings and financial remedies.
In successful completion of my degree, I was able to come back to the family work which is very rewarding work.
