Intersectionality – LGBT+ History Month 2021

We hope our clients remain safe and well. Most of our staff have been working successfully from home since March, last year. The well-being of our people, clients and the wider community is more important to us than ever. Those that come into our office are doing so only if it is ‘absolutely necessary’ and continue to follow the government’s Covid-secure guidelines. Our IT infrastructure allows all our specialist legal teams to work effectively from home and continue to provide expert legal advice to all those who need it.
Your interests are paramount and we know how to resolve personal legal matters, fight for what’s right and achieve successful outcomes to allow you to move on with your life. Even if you’re not sure that your circumstances require legal action, call us to discuss the matter with a member of our team and we will advise you on your options. Every lawyer in our law firm adopts a meticulous approach to their work to provide full advice or representation.
We know how difficult it can be for our clients to take their case forward particularly when pursuing litigation against large organisations, dealing with a contentious matter or pursuing a claim for negligence. Since 1977, we have advised and represented thousands of people, some caught up in the most extraordinary events. We are hugely proud to have successfully supported victims of major incidents including Kings’ Cross Fire, Hillsborough and Grenfell and of our successes to help individuals in their fights for social housing and much needed answers from government organisations – to highlight just a small part of the work we do.
At Hodge Jones & Allen all our lawyers will listen carefully to your particular situation – advise on your options and set out the best way forward. If you have a personal injury claim, feel your rights have been breached or, need defending, our specialist legal teams do their utmost to minimise uncertainty and stress – our aim is to achieve a timely and satisfactory outcome. We will explain your options regarding funding – these may include fixed fees, No Win No Fee and hourly rates. Legal aid may also be available dependent on eligibility.
We will help you and your family deal with important personal matters too including employment, family law, dispute resolution, property disputes, crime, wills & estate administration. We can be contacted by phone or online at any time.
