Education and support for employers and employees

Our Employment Law team understand the work of the equine industry and are committed to providing proper education and support to employers and employees. We’re working with Lucy to help ensure that all members feel that their issues are being dealt with fairly. These issues may include discrimination and diversity matters, redundancies, employment contracts and policies.

The EEA is a non-profit social enterprise and its priority is to ensure their members support their staff, and provide advice and education on improving the standard of employment within the industry. The work and support offered by the Association highlights the importance of being a good and ethical employer, whilst ensuring that equestrian businesses are sustainable, profitable and successful.

"VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE WHEN DEALING WITH MY CASE. THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST ME AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM."
