We are seeking a confident and skilled Marketing Executive to join Hodge Jones & Allen.

The Role
The role of the Marketing Executive will be to support the Head of Sales & Marketing on administrative, operational, communication and brand marketing activities. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing legal firm where we are passionate about the difference we make to our client’s legal issues.
Duties will vary depending on circumstances and needs of the business, but will include the following:
- All digital posting of content and imagery including drafting as directed.
- Client experiences –co-ordinating posting of positive reviews, sharing negative reviews to HoD/Director of Marketing and co-ordinating HJA’s internal Client Experience Survey
- HJA Central (intranet platform) – assisting Head of Marketing – jobs will include posting, encouraging staff engagement, development of new spaces etc
- PR & Media reporting/posting in liaison with Director of Marketing
- Community Social Responsibility (CSR) Liaison, reporting and communication
- Marketing Research projects
- To co-ordinate and manage print production, including branded items and other marketing materials,
- To assist with the HJA Events programme, including researching invite lists, liaising with speakers, preparing marketing materials, maintaining guests lists and support during the event (where required).
The ideal candidate will likely exhibit all or most of the following criteria:
- Experience of developing and maintaining contact databases.
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Good analytical, research and written English skills.
- Proficient IT/computer skills.
