Jocelyn is a partner in the Hodge Jones & Allen Civil Liberties team. Jocelyn is known for her work on cases such as Stephen Lawrence (she represents Stephen’s father Neville Lawrence) and Fiona Pilkington, as well as high profile military claims. Jocelyn is a well-known and respected media commentator.

Raj Chada – Winner of Criminal Lawyer of the Year 2012 (Legal Aid lawyer of the Year awards) and highly commended for Solicitor Advocate of the Year (Law Society Excellence Awards 2014)

Raj is a partner in the Hodge Jones & Allen Criminal Defence team. He won the criminal lawyer category of the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2012, primarily for his public order and protest law practice. Raj has represented clients in all major protests in 2012, including Fortnum and Mason & Dale Farm.

Myles was formerly a consultant in the Hodge Jones & Allen Criminal Defence team. He practises in general crime, but has developed a niche in Pornography and Obscenity offences.

Sarah was formerly a partner in the Hodge Jones & Allen Medical Negligence team. She joined forces with Hodge Jones and Allen in October 2012 from her own practice in Kent. Her cases include high profile claims and group actions, such as Kent and Canterbury cervical smear claims.
