HJA are looking to recruit a junior Solicitor with experience in civil litigation including professional negligence, contentious probate, property disputes, ToLATA, breach of contract claims, and tort work and be familiar with all funding arrangements including private, CFA, LEI and some legal aid.
Candidates must have had experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
Experience of other litigation disciplines, such as breach of contract claims and ToLATA is desirable.
Candidates must also have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, and be able to carry out case management with supervision.
The role will involve assisting senior members of the team with their varied caseloads, alongside managing their own files in due course as they develop the requisite skills and experience.
