Crime Solicitor (3 Years PQE)
The Crime team at Hodge Jones & Allen is widely recognised as one of the country’s leading criminal defence practices. We are regularly recommended in legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, with many of our lawyers regarded as leaders in their fields.
We are looking for a likeminded Solicitor to join the team. Police station accredited, duty status and previous criminal defence experience are preferable.
Family Senior Associate or Partner
The Family team is now looking to recruit a senior associate or partner with a following and contacts to bring in their own caseload and work. This will be a key appointment for the firm and the successful individual will play a role in business development and the supervision of juniors.
The ideal candidate will likely exhibit all or most of the following criteria:
- Currently either a senior associate or junior partner
- A track record of business development and the ability to generate their own work
- Ideally a following / own caseload that is portable
- A track record of effective billing and collection procedures
Housing Solicitor 0-5 Years PQE
We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 0-5 years PQE to join our successful, friendly and professional team.
Industrial Disease Partner
HJA is seeking to bring in a seasoned practitioner who has focused specifically on Asbestos related claims for the majority of their career or, who has proven expertise in other Industrial Diseases (excluding deafness and VWF claims). An essential requirement is that you have a current following in your specialist area of work.
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Hodge Jones & Allen leading solicitors seek a BD Manager to spearhead all BD plans for the Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Asbestos & Mesothelioma teams.
Medical Negligence 2-4 PQE Solicitor
Due to recent successes, we are looking to grow our department and are seeking a Medical Negligence solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.
Private Client (NQ-6 Years PQE) Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
We are looking to recruit a full-time NQ-6 Year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to assist our Private Client Team with deputyship and trust work.
The successful candidate will have experience of drafting Court of Protection Applications, assisting with deputyship applications, liaising with clients and case managers, applying for statutory benefits and various insurance policies, assisting with the preparation of the OPG annual report, preparing spreadsheets of expenditure, engrossing wills and trust deeds and providing administrative support to the COP team.
Personal Injury Solicitor (7-12 PQE)
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of Personal Injury matters.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent litigator with good communication skills and be able to work in a team and as an individual.
