The Application Process

The window for applications for Training Contracts commencing in September 2027 is now open and will close on Friday 26 June 2026.

Salary

The starting salary for trainee solicitors at Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors from September 2027 is £30,500 pa. This increases to £32,500 pa in the second year of the contract.
