Hodge Jones & Allen boosts employment team with Slater & Gordon hire
Homa joins from Slater & Gordon where she has worked for eight years advising employees, mainly senior executives, on all areas of employment law. Among her cases, she has advised on complex director disputes, multi discrimination and whistleblowing claims and negotiated high value settlements for her clients.
Having started her legal career in the employment team at Edwards Duthie in 2004, Homa moved to Webster Dixon Solicitors in 2006, where she advised employees and employers in a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
A qualified practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming, Homa is a member of the Discrimination Law Association, the Employment Lawyers Association and the Association of Women Solicitors. At Hodge Jones & Allen, Homa will be responsible for working with both employees and employers.
The expanding employment team is also welcoming Nick West who joins following the successful completion of his training contract with the firm.
Nick West obtained his LPC with distinction at Bristol Law School and, while at Bristol University, he worked at DAC Beachcroft running his own defendant personal injury caseload. He started his training contract with Hodge Jones & Allen in 2014.
