Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors Joins New APIL Scheme To Support Victims Of Negligence
Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors has signed up to a new initiative from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) to strengthen support for injured victims of negligence.
The scheme, developed by the not-for-profit APIL, enables law firms to work strategically with the organisation to address key challenges faced by injured people. By supporting APIL’s campaigning and research, participating firms will help drive improvements in the way victims are treated.
Leticia Williams, Head of Personal Injury and Partner at Hodge Jones & Allen, said: “We’re proud to join APIL’s new initiative and strengthen our commitment to supporting victims of negligence. This partnership will help us directly contribute to APIL’s vital work in campaigning for better rights and treatment for injured people.”
Mike Benner, Chief Executive of APIL, said: “I am delighted to welcome Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors as a founder member of our scheme. Injured people and their lawyers are subject to all kinds of misconceptions and reforms which are not in the best interest of victims and survivors. Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors will now play a major part in supporting us to help put that right.”
