Hodge Jones & Allen boosts employment team with hire of new partner

London solicitors Hodge Jones & Allen (HJA) has welcomed Joseph Nicholls as a partner to its employment team.

He joins from DAS Law where he led a team of eight, primarily representing commercial clients who were defending Employment Tribunal litigation, but also providing non-contentious advice and training to HR teams and managers. He has experience advising individuals and SMEs in managing and resolving disputes, spanning a broad range of sectors including charities, education, healthcare, financial services and retail.

Joseph started his career at Prolegal carrying out work for individuals and FTSE companies, providing advice on internal disciplinary and grievance procedures and drafting appeals against dismissal. At HJA his practice will encompass advice and representation for both businesses and individuals across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
