Hodge Jones & Allen (HJA) instructed in criminal proceedings against employees accused of manipulating the Eurobank Interbank Offered Rate (EURIBOR)

Carlo Palombo, a former trader with Barclays has instructed John Hartley and HJA’s serious fraud team to defend him on charges of manipulating the EURIBOR.

The trial is listed for April 2018 at Southwark Crown Court.

In total, the Serious Fraud Office are bringing charges against six Deutsche Bank employees and four Barclays’ employees.
