Raj Chada to speak at SOAS event

On 11 June 2015, Raj Chada – a criminal defence lawyer specialising in public order and human rights issues – will speak at an event at SOAS entitled “Protest, Policing and Civil Rights – Where are we heading? How do we organise?” The event is organised by Defend the Right to Protest, NUS Black Students Campaign and SOAS Student Union, and also features speakers from Netpol, Green & Black Cross and Justice 4 Christopher Alder.
