Inquest into the death of Alex Tostevin, Special Boat Service Corporal who took his own life, to begin tomorrow

Opens: 9th November 2021, 10:30, expected to last 2/3 weeks

Alex Tostevin, a Corporal in the Special Boat Service, took his own life on Sunday 18th March 2018 whilst living on a military base. An inquest into his death will begin tomorrow (9th November 2021) to determine the course of events that led the 28-year-old to take his own life, including examining mental health care in the SBS.

The inquest will start at 10:30 tomorrow at Bournemouth Coroners Court and will hear evidence from Alex’s family.
