The second episode of The London Legal Podcast is now available. This episode looks at Cohabitation Agreements and is presented by Jacqueline Major and Bharti Shah, both experienced family law solicitors with over two decades of experience in all family law matters. They provide an insight into what should and should not be included in a cohabitation agreement, whether such agreements are legally binding and how can they prove useful for people buying a property together.
Jacqueline heads up the Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors Family Department. Bharti Shah is a Partner in the team and both are members of Resolution – a network of family law professionals who promote a constructive approach to family issues.
