About Jenny Winter
Jenny Winter is a solicitor in the Criminal Defence, Financial Crime and Regulatory team at Hodge Jones & Allen. She qualified in 2004, having previously worked at Birds Solicitors, Bindman & Partners, and Moss & Co. Before qualifying, she was a police station accredited representative and has since become a duty solicitor, regularly attending police stations to represent clients.
Jenny appears almost daily in the Magistrates’ Court and manages a diverse caseload spanning cases of all levels of seriousness, in both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court.
