Investors in People

Investors in People (IIP) is a quality accreditation which recognises the importance of people in business and champions best practice in managing people. The accreditation is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence and is underpinned by a comprehensive framework that is regularly assessed.

Hodge Jones & Allen puts people first and is committed to the ongoing development of its staff, across the firm, at every level. “Good people make great business” and we recognise that dedicated, trained and happy staff are essential to build and maintain a successful practice. Regular thorough reviews, by independent IIP assessors, recognise the effective continuous development and communication programmes that we have in place culminating in our recent re-accreditation.
