Medical Negligence Solicitor 3-8 Years PQE

Due to recent successes, we are looking to grow our department and are seeking a Public Inquiry solicitor with 3-8 years PQE, to work with our family and lived experienced Core Participants on the Lampard Public Inquiry, investigating mental health deaths in Essex.

The successful candidate will have a passion for access to justice and previous Public Inquiry experience. Experience of inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, medical negligence and claims involving Human Rights Act issues is also preferable.

The position will be within HJA’s Medical Negligence department, which is one of the country’s leading clinical negligence departments, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of solicitors who are experts in their field.
