Medical Negligence Senior Paralegal

Hodge Jones and Allen are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join the Medical Negligence team to support those working on the Lampard Inquiry (Investigating Mental Health Deaths in Essex). The successful candidate will also be required to provide support and assistance on other cases that the Clinical Negligence team are working on.

This is an office based role, working within a busy and friendly team, supporting a large cohort of clients. You should have excellent analytical skills as well as communication and written skills and you should be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be able to use your own initiative and have a flexible attitude, whilst working in an organised manner, paying attention to detail and have good time management.

A commitment to upholding the rights of individuals, challenging authorities and interest in mental health and human rights is essential. Previous experience of working on public inquiries is desirable.
