About Laura Saha

Laura joined Hodge Jones & Allen in November 2025 as a Senior Paralegal in the Medical Negligence department. She works closely with Nina Ali on the Lampard Inquiry, supporting vulnerable clients and assisting with sensitive inquest work. She also helps manage a range of civil litigation claims, drawing on her previous experience in employers’ liability, public liability and general civil disputes.

Before joining HJA, Laura gained extensive experience in personal injury and civil litigation, where she independently managed her own caseload of employers’ liability, public liability, employment, and general litigation matters. She has strong experience drafting pleadings, preparing complex bundles, liaising with medical experts, assessing liability and quantum, and guiding clients sensitively through the claims process.

Laura is committed to ensuring that clients and families are treated with compassion, dignity and care throughout the legal process. She has a particular interest in mental health law and access to justice and is currently studying for her SQE exams.
