New Partner appointed for HJA Family Law team

Jacqueline Major today joins the Family Law team at Hodge Jones & Allen as a partner heading up their family finance section.
Jacqueline has particular experience in medium to high asset divorces, preparing prenuptial agreements and handling cohabitation disputes. She has fourteen years of dealing with private family and children law matters and, past clients includes professionals, celebrities and overseas clients. She is described in Legal 500 as giving “supportive and compassionate advice.”
During her first day with Hodge Jones & Allen, Jacqueline said “I’m looking forward to working with a big family team that is well respected and highly regarded by both the profession and the clients they represent.”
Commenting on this latest appointment, Patrick Allen, senior partner said “I’m delighted to welcome Jacqueline to HJA as a partner. She has excellent experience acting in complicated financial settlements, following divorce or separation. This is another important appointment for our family team, led by Laila Bhunnoo.”
Jacqueline is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and a qualified barrister. She is a member of Resolution, South East Solutions Collaborative Group and ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists).
Before joining Hodge Jones & Allen, Jacqueline worked for Winckworth Sherwood LLP as a Senior Associate.
