Law firm Hodge Jones & Allen has boosted its personal injury team with the appointment of Louise Jukes from Prolegal Solicitors.
Louise specialises in critical injury cases where claimants have sustained amputations, head injuries, multiple orthopedic injuries, brachial plexus (neck and shoulder nerve damage), spinal injuries and cauda equina (spinal nerve damage). Her experience includes employers’ liability (EL), road traffic accident (RTA) multi track cases. She joins Hodge Jones & Allen as a senior associate.
Before moving to Prolegal, Louise was associate partner at Websters Solicitors and headed up a team of fast track fee earners handling EL/public liability and claims relating to the occupiers’ liability and RTAs.
Louise completed her LPC at the University of West England and trained with Clarke Willmott, working in the personal injury department, where she handled RTA, uninsured loss recovery and EL claims in addition to mortgage repossession hearings.

The personal injury team comprises 26 staff including 10 partners, three associates, four solicitors and four paralegals.
