Hodge Jones & Allen appoints new partner to Court of Protection team

Hodge Jones & Allen has appointed catastrophic injury solicitor Angela Nunn as a new partner in its Court of Protection team.

Angela was previously head of the Personal Injury team at Sternberg Reed in Barking, as well as being responsible for the firm’s Court of Protection team. She is also a Court Deputy and Professional Trustee with 24 Deputyship Orders in her name.

She has extensive experience of securing multi-million pound compensation for clients suffering serious injury, particularly head and brain injuries, amputations and life limiting conditions. Her focus has always been to facilitate the right rehabilitation to allow clients to be able to achieve as much as possible from their lives.

Angela worked at Sternberg Reed for 26 years, qualifying there as a solicitor before becoming equity partner in 2000. At Hodge Jones & Allen she will work alongside the firm’s experienced Court of Protection partner, Philippa Barton, who acts for elderly clients suffering memory loss or confusion, those with learning disabilities, mental health problems, addictions and clients vulnerable to financial abuse.
