Hodge Jones & Allen has outsourced its IT operations to Plan-Net plc in a 5-year deal that will see the Top 200 law firm’s infrastructure, applications, technology and processes managed by the IT Service Provider.
The law firm’s 220 staff will be supported via a Plan-Net on-site team based at the law firm’s office in London and also remotely via Plan-Net’s dedicated 24/7 Service Desk, Plan-Net 24, based in Blackfriars. Plan-Net will also provide input at a strategic level to ensure IT at the firm better supports its business objectives and growth plans.
Hodge Jones & Allen provides legal advice across a number of areas including employment and family law, personal injury and criminal defence. Having an effective IT platform to support the volume and variety of its workflows is vital.
