Hodge Jones & Allen grows family practice with new partner hire

London law firm Hodge Jones & Allen has appointed family law partner, Jeetesh Patel, from Rollingsons Solicitors, where he was head of family law and a senior associate.

Jeetesh has over 15 years’ experience advising on matrimonial and related family law matters and has developed a practice representing those earning high incomes and international clients. He specialises in privately funded financial provision matters, the international aspects of divorce, complex private proceedings involving children, cohabitation and same sex cases, as well as inter-country adoption and international surrogacy. Jeetesh is also an accredited member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer.

Hodge Jones & Allen’s family team, headed by partner Jacqueline Major now comprises three partners and five solicitors working across the full range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial provision, care proceedings, disputes between parents, domestic abuse and child abduction.

Commenting on his appointment Jeetesh Patel says: “I am excited about my position at the firm and believe that the firms’ values will be of benefit to clients who are going through difficult stages in their lives.
