About Finley Levell
Finley joined the firm in March 2023 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department, supporting Chun Wong and Brenel Menezes on a variety of contentious matters, including group actions and individual claims under the Post Office Horizon compensation schemes. In August 2024, he moved to the Private Client department, working primarily with Christine Dyson and Sarah Charnley in the Court of Protection team before commencing his training contract in September 2025.
During his first seat in the Personal Injury department, Finley worked under the supervision of Riffat Yaqub on complex multi-track litigation, primarily representing clients with brain and spinal injuries. In March 2026, he began his second seat in the Medical Negligence department, working under the supervision of Geoffrey Simpson-Scott on Article 2 inquests and negligence claims arising from the Lampard Inquiry.
For his third seat, Finley returned to the Dispute Resolution department, working under the supervision of Brenel Menezes.
Finley is also an accredited Mental Health First Aider for the firm.
