About Caitlyn Griffiths
Caitlyn is a Trainee Solicitor completing her first seat in the Private Client team under the supervision of Christine Dyson where she assists with Court of Protection work, as well as wills and probate.
Caitlyn joined Hodge Jones and Allen in January 2025 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department. She worked with Solicitors Bahareh Amani and Ruhul Ameen, providing assistance with various matters including disputes between freeholders and leaseholders, boundary disputes, repossession, and contested probate work.
Prior to joining Hodge Jones and Allen, Caitlyn was a caseworker in the housing department of a national law firm, where she worked on a variety of cases such as housing disrepair, unsuitable accommodation and repossession, and assisted with claims issued at the County Court and High Court. She also undertook the role of Duty Advocate in Croydon County Court where she provided advice and representation to tenants and homeowners on the day of their court hearing.
