As the unprecedented COVID-19 situation develops, my thoughts are with everyone who has been touched in any way by the virus. Safety and wellbeing are paramount during these trying times. At Hodge Jones & Allen, we are doing all we can to maintain our services with no disruption to clients, yet with the minimum risk to our staff and clients.
Only a handful of essential staff remain at our Euston office, allowing our postal and IT infrastructures to support our staff who are undertaking their duties from their homes. I wish to thank each and every staff member for adapting so quickly to their changed working environment and their continued commitment to delivering the top-quality legal services and advice for which the firm is known.
During this time of economic uncertainty, the firm is taking advantage of Government support that has been made available to British businesses. That means that some of our staff have joined the government furlough scheme. Where certain legal services are affected, largely due to the closure of the courts, we will continue to work hard to help our clients with their legal cases.
At Hodge Jones & Allen we have a talented and versatile team fully dedicated to assisting and supporting our clients throughout the coronavirus pandemic. We will be reaching out to the small minority of clients for whom their usual point of contact has changed.
