Client Comments

  • “This review is to express brief, but heartfelt, thanks for the proactive help and advice provided by my solicitor, Amara, assisted by her extremely helpful paralegal, Hana. Both Amara and Hana responded quickly, and patiently to all my questions and – at times – my cris de coeur, over what was an intense and difficult period for me as the client. That approach was clear beyond, not just up to, the point the case was concluded formally. Amara and Hana obviously work very well as a team, in a very busy working environment, and as a result I never once doubted that their responses would be timely as well as to the point. I welcomed, at the time as well as in hindsight, Amara’s pragmatic and realistic approach: reassuring but realistic, based on knowledge and experience. I heard what I needed to hear not just what I wanted to hear, throughout. The term ”professional” is overworked and overused but it sums up what I received, and I am confident other clients will receive, from Amara, Hana and, therefore, from HJA.”
