About Ryan Drummond
Ryan Drummond joined Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors in March 2026 as a Senior Paralegal in the Medical Negligence department. He assists the team working on the Lampard Inquiry, an independent statutory investigation examining the deaths of mental health inpatients in Essex between 2000 and 2023. His experience includes previously working on the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, where he assisted the legal team acting as the recognised representative for the inquiry’s largest core participant group.
Career
- Ryan began his legal career in commercial law before transitioning into public inquiry work, gaining experience across evidence review, disclosure, and the preparation of inquiry submissions.

- He holds an LL.B and an LL.M.
