About Rabia Iqbal

Rabia Iqbal is a member of the Personal Injury team at Hodge Jones & Allen. She qualified in 2023 and represents Claimants in a wide range of matters, managing cases from initial instruction through to settlement. Rabia handles high-volume caseloads and has experience dealing with claims valued up to £100,000.

She advises on liability and quantum, prepares court proceedings, drafts witness statements and pleadings, and negotiates settlements on behalf of her clients. Rabia has experience in Road Traffic Accident, Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims. She also has experience in CICA matters and high-profile inquiry work including matters arising from the Post Office scandal. Rabia is known for her thorough approach, strong attention to detail and client- focused service. She prides herself on building trusted relationships with clients, providing clear advice, and ensuring that each case is progress efficiently and with care.

Prior to qualifying, Rabia worked within specialist personal injury teams, running a substantial litigation caseload and gaining experience in MOJ Portal claims, Part 7 proceedings, Part 36 offers, expert instruction and trial preparation. This background has provided her with strong technical knowledge and practical litigation experience.

Education

Rabia holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, following a Graduate Diploma in Law and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and Media Studies from Brunel University. Her academic background in law and social sciences supports her empathetic and client-centred approach.

Languages

Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, she can assist a diverse client base.
