I am known as a tenacious litigator who regularly achieves spectacular results for my clients.
I am a confident court advocate and skilled negotiator with an ability to provide services under a wide and flexible range of funding arrangements in the High Court, County Court and appellate courts.
I have been working in legal practice for over 10 years. I qualified as a solicitor in September 2012, having completed my training contract with this firm.
My practice covers a wide range of civil litigation matters especially claims for damages for professional negligence against solicitors, barristers, accountants, surveyors and other professionals. Lisa is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
I also conduct litigated disputes about breach of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act 1998, property, and contentious probate claims. I also specialise in contentious legal costs disputes and commercial litigation.
I also act for Claimants and Defendants in all types of personal injury claim including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slips and tripping accidents, product liability claims, accidents abroad and dental negligence claims. I am particularly skilled in high value and complex cases involving fraud, professional negligence and costs issues.
In my spare time, I enjoy eating out, swimming and reading.
