We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor working within the HJA Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and screen calls from those seeking HJA’s legal services, primarily from the Housing department.
In dealing with a high level of incoming calls, the Call Centre Advisor will interact with clients in a sensitive and professional manner, utilising interviewing skills to assess how to best match clients with the appropriate resources within the firm or externally.
You will be:
Call Centre experience is essential.
Working hours, 35 per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm in line with the company’s work life balance ethos.
