The LGBT+ Network provides suitable and pragmatic advice on LGBT+ specific issues and assists the firm in cultivating an inclusive environment (for clients and staff). The Network also has links with various LGBT+ friendly groups and run a number of events through the year.


A number of our staff enjoy working flexibly and we provide paid maternity and shared parental leave entitlements for our staff. We retain valuable skills and experience by providing flexible working arrangements for those returning after a long period of leave.
