What is E Coli?
E.Coli (Escherichia Coli) is a type of bacteria that gets into food such as meats and vegetables. E.Coli normally lives inside your intestines, where it is used to help your body break down and digest the food that you eat. The majority of the bacteria is harmful to you, but certain strains can transfer into your blood causing a serious infection.

Symptoms of E.Coli
Escherichia coli (E. coli) can cause a variety of illnesses in humans, including:

• Diarrhea, sometimes with blood in it
• Vomiting
• Stomach cramps

Most symptoms of E-Coli usually resolve themselves on there own within 5 to 7 days, but some can be serious or even life threatening.
