Homelessness
Ms P fled from domestic violence and was residing in a refuge.
Ms P applied to her local authority for special housing assistance
but they found her to be intentionally homeless both at the initial
decision stage and on review.
On our client's behalf we changed the local authority's decision
and successfully argued that the decision of intentionally
homelessness was wrong in law.
