Discharge of housing duty
A local authority discharged its housing duty towards Ms C. It
was alleged that Ms C did not use her home as her only and
principal home.
Ms C also faced possession proceedings. We managed to negotiate
further time for Ms C to remain in her property whilst a County
Court appeal was brought. On appeal, the local authority agreed by
consent to set aside its earlier decision.
