The Mobile Home Act 1983

Do you own or live in a mobile home? Are you having problems with your site owner or residents? If so, you are protected by the Mobile Homes Act 1983. This Act gives you extensive rights such as a written Agreement which sets out your responsibilities and those of the site owner.
