Toby Hales. Toby successfully represented his client, Philippa
Vaughan, ex-wife of barrister David Vaughan who claimed a divorce
settlement 25 years after the couple split up.
The 'Lawyer in the News' column of the weekly Gazette,
distributed to every member of the Law Society, features a
solicitor who has had a prominent case receiving media attention.
Only in March of this year, another HJA solicitor,
Jocelyn Cockburn, was featured in the 'Lawyer in the News'
column following her high profile role during the Chilcot
enquiry, in representing victims' families of Snatch Land Rovers in
Afghanistan and Iraq.
