HJA shortlisted in trainee awards
LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards 2011: Hodge
Jones & Allen LLP nominated in Best Trainer category
9th June 2011
Hodge Jones
& Allen LLP was nominated in the “Best Trainer” category at the
Law Careers.Net Training and Recruitment Awards 2011, held last
night in Central London. The nomination was based on the reports of
trainees and past trainees, so indicates a high level of
satisfaction with the training being provided by supervisors.
Peter
Todd, a partner at Hodge Jones & Allen LLP and head of
trainee
recruitment at the firm, comments:
“We are delighted to have been short-listed in the Law Careers.net awards for a
second successive year.
"Hodge Jones & Allen has always maintained a strong
commitment to recruiting and developing its trainees. This is
reflected in the high percentage of trainees who are offered a
permanent contract at the end of their training – and nearly half
the current partnership were once trainees here. We see our
trainees as the key source of growth and new talent for the
firm.
“The nomination is based on a detailed survey of trainees at the
firm and so indicates a very high level of satisfaction with the
work and training provided.
“We provide exceptionally good training to our trainees; great
quality work, a huge amount of variety, high levels of
responsibility and challenge, and work you can believe in and get
great satisfaction for.
“The high level of satisfaction of trainees is also due to the
high degree of care attention and support shown by their
supervising partners, and the fact the partners are acknowledged
leaders in their fields of practice."
The LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards are
