fatal accidents, nerve damage caused during surgery, negligent
psychiatric treatment and several cases involving mal-union of
fractured limbs.
Jocelyn Cockburn
Jocelyn Cockburn is often quoted by leading national media with
her expertise in civil actions against the police and public
authorities, inquests and judicial review. Her clients
include families of soldiers killed in Iraq who she has represented
at the inquests.
Toby Hales
Toby comments on all areas of family law including divorce,
ancillary relief, private and public children law and adoption. He

Victoria Walker
Victoria specialises in complex financial matters for married
